I have 3 new digital pics I am tryng to upload to my ad. They are JPEG, 1.23 mb each and are on my hard drive. Photo manager begins to open them but I am always getting the Page not found type of window to pop up. What am I doing wrong? The 3 current pics are from last summr. I uploaded them with no problem. Now I need to add more. One of the old ones will be replaced with the newer one, if I can get this to work. Help!!

While your photo files are under the stated size limit of 2MB, if you are on a dial-up or otherwise slow internet connection, the page may still time out due to the extended upload time.

I would recommend resizing your photos to be smaller, maybe 0.75 MB, and trying again.

You're not alone in your problem -- others are experiencing similar issues. I have 3 properties to list. I've been trying for 3 days to upload pic's to the first listing. They are each under 400kb, but to no avail. After receiving no reply for anyone at OWNERS I called them, was told she is the only person there, that no one in the tech dept is there. I was then sarcastically asked, "What do you want me to do about it?"

I read on OWNERS website they provide support 24x7. Apparently that isn't so.

At least you rec'd some sort of answer from "Jennifer" ...blaming you for the problem (blame the victim).

My time is too valuable to waste, especially when they can't answer basic questions or resolve basic issues.
