I have a written agreement to close 7/1 but the seller wants to stay until 8/1 and pay only utilities.
I agreed but now I have changed my mind. I dont want to be responsible for him if anything happens to him while I technically own it but he is still residing there. He's elderly.
Please help. How can I change this date? He will not agree to change it. I do not have a date yet for a bank commitment. Can the bank change it by not lending me the money until 8/1 ??
