| Think you covered all the bases + some. Great, thorough listing. Love the home, accents, charm indoor&out. Only exception is the kitchen simply due to the cabinetry, does not match the style associated with the rest of the house. Not much you can do there aside from ensuring it's clean&appliances updated. We plan to retire in Vermont down the line, great state. Good luck with your listing.
