| Hi Gabriella, The difference between listing on the MLS and listing with a real estate agent is that on the MLS you still reserve the right to sell FSBO. If you find a buyer yourself you are not obligated to pay a commission. You also get to set the your own commission rate, whereas listing with a full service agent the commission rate is negotiated.
