Hello-

Your listing looks wonderful. You have many beautiful photos and a lengthly property description which tells the buyer more about your home. My only suggestion would be to add "seller will pay half of closing cost" at the top of your property description or even as your tag line to attract more buyers. To edit your tag line, log into your account and click on "edit listing". Look for tag line and make your changes. Please email help@owners.com for more information.

Nice house would just tweak a few things. 

  • Remove the magnets on the side of the Frig.
  • Tone down the green color in the bedroom not everyone likes bold colors.
  • Bothers me that the Dining Room Table is not centered under the chandelier.
  • I would put a more neutral color bedspread/comforter on the bed.
