Where do I pick up disclosures forms and purchase agreements for my state (MN). Iam looking for free forms. All the sites I find they all want money. I don't want to pay for something i can't review first.

Thanks
Dennis

We called a real estate attorney and they prepared the forms. They charged around $200. The only BIG mistake we made was taking a personal check. Don't take personal checks!! They gave us a hot check and then didn't show up for closing. We had other people call during that time and told them it was under contract and probably missed a real sale. In Florida we are entitled to keep the deposit for breach of contract but now we have nothing to keep. They kept calling and telling us they were going to go close and never did. We finally told them to get lost. Now going to DA to file hot check charges.
