Hi everyone,
I have a question. Once I get a pre-approval letter by an interested buyer, should I do something with it, like calling the lending entity to verify it?
Thanks a lot

| If you have secured an attorney to assist you with the home sale, give the letter to the attorney. This is one of the many areas that make it difficult for owners to sell homes. There are many documents and processes to deal with, so you should first make sure you have a good real estate attorney, not a crimminal or civil attorney that does this as a favor to the seller even if they are charging you. A real estate attorney will help you navigate the process and the deal
