This is the second home we have sold ourselves. Had a lot of hits on owners.com web site, especially after we put the web site in the newspaper along with our FSBO ad. We have had 160 (as of 5/11/06) hits so far. Pictures are nice - generated a lot of drive bys who then got our flyer with more pictures. First people to actually look/tour are the prospective buyers.

We have been using the website to find a home site to tour homes in Hermiston, Oregon and in Kennewick, Washington. Really like the ones with lots of pictures and extra information. Thanks for the help.

Returning all phone calls, and showing when buyers needed -- much to their
beck and call -- then following up with all showings with a phone call.

I do not consider myself a FSBO veteran, however I have sold 2 of my homes. I approached each differently. The one common thing was to show a neat well taken care of home.
