I'd like to see if anyone has done Owner financing and if they've had good luck with it. I had a home investor contact me about purchasing the house and one option he gave us was the seller financing.

Any of you have good luck with selling your homes with this?

WE JUST SOLD OUR HOME UNDER PRIVATE SELL AGREEMENT 12,500 DOW AND 14% INTEREST OVER 10 YEARS OUR ATTORNEY FIX ALLL PAPER WORK FOR NOMINAL FEE WE INCLUDED A QUIT CLAIM DEED SIGHN SAME TIME SO IF THEY FAIL TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND ARE 30 DAYS LATE , WE CAN FILE FORM THEY ALREADY SIGNED AND IT IS AUTOMATICALLY OURS AGAIN SO HASSLE AND ADDITIOAL COST
