The house appraised at $165,000+, our asking price - the house spoke for itself as it is very well maintained. My husband and I put thousands of dollars into the house and it showed - move-in condition with neutral colors and updates. The bank appraiser, inspector, insurance company rep all commented on this lovely house. It took six (6) weeks to sell. I didnt advertise, only a sign in the front yard for a month, and had open houses during the weekend while I packed. Then, I put it on owners.com and received a few offers and accepted one. I'm still receiving telephone calls from the ad (just got one from Columbus, Ohio) and have a back-up list if this deal falls through as prior prospective buyers that saw the house are very interested in it. I'm very thankful that my friend told me about owners.com and for taking the pictures of my home and placing them on owners.com. I definitely would recommend owners.com to any seller - it works.

After we priced our home right, it only took 7 weeks for an offer. The buyers saw our home on Owners.com and called the next day, followed by an offer the following day. We also advertised weekly in our local newspaper, held Open Houses on Sundays, and placed signs at 3 major nearby intersections. It was the website on Owners.com that sold the house, however.

We used our attorney to handle the offer, counter-offer, and closing. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Owners.com!!!!! Char & John

The total amount of money I spent advertising to sell my home was a buy owner sign for $15.00, and Owners.com listing that's it.

To all - take advantage of the Owners.com site and do it yourself. Why pay someone else to do the same thing you can do for a huge reduction in cost.

Put that money where it belongs back in your pocket

We sold our home with Owners.com in about 2 months!
It was the yard sign that brought us a buyer. We are closing on the sale in 3 weeks.

We were going to use a lawyer for closing, but we found out that the title company does everything
that the lawyer would do for much less money. We saved more then $7,000.00 by selling on our own with Owners.com !

I would never use a real estate to sell for me again. Thank you.

We saved alot of money with out an agent, however it is a lot of work getting all the inspections needed. So a word of advice also, make sure you have an attorney that knows codes in the area.

PS Our new house was listed on owners.com also It is a great web site and the way to go.

I am grateful to your website for helping me sell my home. I was in a bit of a financial tight spot and needed every dollar from the sale to help purchase my new home.

I absolutely could not have done it without owners.com. Not paying $12,000 in real estate commission has given me the opportunity to purchase a smaller home and put more money down.

I would absolutely use the sight again if I need to sell in the future.
