I wanted to let you know how successful your site has been to attract a buyer to our home. We posted our ad on March 25th, 2007 and received an offer on our home not even two weeks later as a result of them visiting our Owners.com ad!! The couple was working with an agent so we ended up offering them a commission, but, in the end, we are saving a ton of money by selling it ourselves.

We also found your newsletters/tips to be very useful.

If all goes well with the inspection and financing we will be closing on May 31st!!

Thank you so much!!
