OK after 3 months and no one even calling to inquire about the house. Over 200 unique views and over 100 paper flyers out, some mailings, giving everyone in the neighborhood an additional flyer I have had absolutely no showings.

About 10 realtors have called, i've let about 5 in the house and am going to ist with this last one. He at least seems like he's giong to do something besides just put in mls. He spent an hour and a half here convincing me. So he'd better get it sold. He's young, hungry and no family to distract him.

And yes I'm only giving a 3 month listing and he's agreed to 5% total commission and renegotiate if he sells it himself as he says he sells 60 some % of his listings himself. He's in the same office as the buliders realtors and they said he'll work hard. They were diappointed I wasn't listing itwith them but their first obligation is to the builder not me.

He has his own website and the company has a website along with all the normal websites it goes in. He promised to put it in the Real Estate magazine too.

So we will see

Ms Cynthia, If your agent works in the same office as the builder he also represents the builder.
