Hi,

I am trying to find what activity is happening with my house.

I do get to see how many visitors my house had and also how many unique visitors.

Is there any way that I could set a date and I would get results after that date.

I mean, my webpage shows I have 98 Unique visitors from 26th February 2007.

Can I ask it to give me No. of Unique visitors from say 1st June 2007?

I am interested in my current activity and not something 3 months back.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We did a very simple thing from the first day we listed on the web page FSBO. We took a small calendar and put the total hits each day - that way we have been able to tell if we've had 10, 20, 30 or any number in between on each day. We just keep a running total. So far from 2/25/07 we are up to 2253 hits; how many calls? maybe 5. We are curious how many of these hits are from first time lookers or repeats; how many are buyers, sellers or realtors. How many are from our area code, zip code, county, state, region or from across the country or out of the country. Also, how many have come from the others sites that show our home and lead them to our main web page. . . it is a necessary survey that hasn't yet been developed but we feel the company should try to gather these statistics to better show the value of their site. Anyone else have any idea who actually takes the time to look online rather than drive-by or read the newspaper or is it a combination of all these things?
