I am having difficulty with setting a price for our farm. It can be purchased as a turn key, to include herd of cows/calves/reg angus bull, JD Tractor and equipment, stock trailer or without. I do not know of any place comp. to ours. We have all underground electrical. show arena, show barn, pastures, pond with picnic area. How do I get a comp with all this. What is the best way. The residence is a totally renovated double wide with a hugh deck. We also have a double wide office trailer that could be easily turned into an apartment. We have a two story garage, the 2ndfloor could also be easily turned into a studio apartment.
Please help.
