We had an inspection done on our house today initiated by the buyers. They buyer and inspector were here at the house however me and my wife were at work so we were not present. The inspector found a list of items that "should" be addressed.
Does the inspector come out again once we say the items are fixed so that they can verify this? Or is it up to the buyer to verify it themselves? If the inspector comes out again is this included in the original price paid for the inspection?
Thank you.

Repairs can be verified by receipt or inspection at final walk through. If a buyer would like an inspector to verify that work has been completed, they may do so at their expense.

They should only need to come out once. There may be the need to have an additional expert called in to look at something. I've only had that happen once however.
