i JUST PUT MY SIGNS OUT, MY HOME IS 800-1000 SQ FT BIGGER THAN THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD DUE TO AN 900 FT FAMILY ROOM ADD ON AND IVE UPGRADED TO GRANITE MAPLE GLAZED CABINETS ETC WHOLE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE DECIDED TO SELL FOR A NEW HOME THIS IS A 1997, THE NEIGHBORHOOD AVE 100-158/ SQ FT iM ASKIN 110/ SQ FT BUT AT 309,900 AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS 180-270,OOO, iM A LITTLE NERVOUSE i GOT A CMA BUT THE REALATOR NEVER CAME OUT JUST DID IT BY WEB. ALSO MY TAX ASSESMENT IS 260 , AND SOME CHANGE DO YOU THINK IM OK WITH MY PRICE MY AD IS DAD7590, ANY HELP THANKS

You might have to bite the bullet on the price. I have heard that some times you can upgrade yourself out of the price range of an neighborhood. I guess the easiest way to put it is " A million dollar house is not a million dollar house in the middle of 200 trailers in a trailer park." Good luck on selling your house.
