What have you done to market your home? Yes you should use your attorney to represent you.

If you are in a State that requires an Attorney to conduct the closings, then yes - you need to get in touch with one asap.  Most attorneys will charge you up front for Title so be sure to ask anyone to talk to what their fee is and how they expect it to be paid.   As far as preparing your home, just be sure that it is clean and free of clutter.  Make sure your homes features are apparent.  Make sure to take good pictures.  Then, draw out a marketing plan.  Depending on your market conditions will depend on your marketing strategy.  Good luck!
