I had a friend. She was asking for my help. She had a costa del sol property. And she want to sell it on the best way to sell. Some tip s to share???

If your friend is willing to owner finance the mortgage to a degree then she might be able to sell it quicker with alot of the usual hinderances likes banks and realtors to slow the process down usually because of trying to make money on the deal they might be better off then later after the deal is done she can contact people to sell off the note she made with the new homeowner.

Price the home competitively. Prepare the home for sale. Paint, pressure wash, and repair anything that looks old. De-clutter the home and then market the heck out of it. You want to be the best looking that is for sale and priced well.
