| I have been in real estate for many years and have seen many cases where Buyers make an offer, tie your property up in escrow for 90 days and then can't close the deal because they can't get the financing required for multiple reasons. Sellers beware of this situation especially in today's market. Always ask to see the buyer's credit information. If they don't want you to see it, it is usually because they have something to hide.
