While marketing your house for sale, keep in mind that print advertising in many forms (newspaper, local shopper magazines, real estate guides, etc.) is a dying art form in many cases... buying and selling houses included. Your advertisement in print may need to be different than one on-line. A simple way to get some general guidance and set your house apart from as many others as possible, is to look at your competitors' ads. Do they blend in with the hundreds of others? If so, do it dramatically different! Obviously, "different" means more than you could list in a forum posting.

Like a few other responses, I'd be glad to offer some more recommendations if you'd like to forward. Best of luck!

Thanks,
Allen
