| I had my piece of land listed with a Realtor in May of 07 and based on the comps we priced ours competively. Meanwhile another agency listed 4 pieces of land in the same town same size or smaller in June and sold all 4 listings within 60 days for more money than mine. My realtor said we should reduce the price which we did and had absolutely no action. We had lots more at the higher price. I spoke to the other Realty Co. that listed the other 4 pieces that sold and they feel I've priced it to low hence why no activity. What are your thoughts or comments. Please help. Thank you
