| I wasted all of last year by listing my residence turned commercial property with a Vermont commercial agency. They barely did any marketing of this place other than to stick a sign in the ground. Never showed it. Never promoted their website where it was buried among high rises in the area. Never put it in print. This year I'm selling it myself and I hit the ground running. I'm marketing it everywhere! This year it will sell. It's too adorable and located in such a prime location not to! Using an agency just wasted my time and for that big fat commission I thought they'd have put forth more effort. Apparently I was wrong.
