These ideas work for me because my property is located smack up close to a busy road. In the summer my property is surrounded by perennial flower beds. There in the middle is a scarecrow holding a For Sale by Owner sign and it really slows the traffic down! In the winter, when the gardens are all sleeping and my yard is covered in snow, there in the middle is a big snowman holding a winterized version of that same For Sale by Owner sign!
