I was contacted by an agent today that showed my house a few days ago. Her clients wanted to make an offer that was contingent on selling their own home.
I have another agent that notified me that her clients would be making an offer. Should I contact the other agent and tell her that now is the time to make an offer because we have a contingency offer pending, or should I just wait for it?

You should contact both Agents and ask them when you should expect to recive both offers, and then review them in privacy. After careful review of both contracts, you will then know which offer stands stronger. Good Luck!
