Please could someone tell me if my listing is too blah?  I'm looking for feedback.  I need to sell this home and was hoping it was pleasing to the eye and ears.

Thanks,

Hello! I enjoyed viewing all the photos on your listing. It is a really nice home!

There are a few minor things I would recommend, if you care to have the opinion of an inexperienced home seller:

- The layout of the copy has a few inconsistencies. There are 2 different bullet types, and some paragraphs throughout that have no bullets. It seems to interrupt the flow of the page.

- Can you update the main picture of the home to be a closer shot of the front of the house? It's hard to see the details and charm of the front of the home with so much earth in the foreground.

- As I suggested to another seller, perhaps you can take a picture of the kitchen with nothing on the countertops? This will better show the openess of the kitchen and the full counter space available to the buyer.

- I had a difficult time figuring out what was pictured in the Bathroom #1 shot. I looked like a close-up of the shower curtain/curtain rod?

Again, these things are really minor, but every little bit helps, right?

Good luck with your home sale!
