| Would love to know what you think...of the pictures, the pricing, etc? It's been on for about 2 weeks and we've had a bunch of showings. I really want feedback (honest feedback!) on it...Thanks!

| Hi! I'm not sure how much help I will be, seeing that I just re-listed my home after pulling it off the market last year, but here are my thoughts: You have a very nice home. The only pictures I would change would be the kitchen and the back yard. For the kitchen, I recommend clearing off the countertops completely, so the buyer gets a good sense of counter space and openess. (If possible, for your showings, limit the number of appliances on your counters to one.) For the back yard, I would recommend removing the picture. Compared to the other pictures in the series, it seems like an after thought. I have no recommendations for copy changes, except to remove the boldface if at all possible. Too much bold type can act like all caps and become difficult to read. Good luck!
