Wow, nearly a month goes by and still no feedback? The market must be much worse than I thought!

Seeing as I'm in Cincinnati & not familiar with Florida real estate market at all, as well as being first time FSBO, I'm not sure how much feedback I can give.  But I thought your property description was great.  I didn't particularly care for the backyard picture.  I didn't get any kind of feeling that I could entertain back there.  I don't know if there is better angle you could get or maybe just take it out.  Also, I would've liked to see more of the master suite such as the master bath or the vanity/closet area you talked about.

Hope this helped at all.  If you have any feedback on mine, I would appreciate it.   http://www.owners.com/WTM7422

cincy,

It's a beautiful home! My only recommendation would be a different angle of the master bedroom. With the closet door and wall taking up most of the visual, it makes the room feel small. Perhaps a picture facing into the room from the doorway would open it up more and showcase those beautiful floors?

The only copy I would change would be the first two words, "well maintained." To me, the connotation of the phrase is "older house that needs lots of up-keep." Perhaps "immaculate" or "elegant," maybe even "charming"?

Good luck in your sale!

Well hopefully you have sold but just in case, my coments are; great description, would swap the 2nd, further back and to the right home shot with your main, the deeper view just shows the nice driveway and beautiful tress surrounding the property better. some may be deterred by the vibrant colors, though I like them other people are leary of picking up a paint brush. as for price, not a clue in FL. -good luck.

Your add looks great. Have you planned and open house? Put fliers in neighborhood boxes. Place small add in Sunday newspaper. Hope this helps
