Hi!
I am listed on MLS and will pay 2.5% to buyers agent. I was wondering if I can or should offer a direct cash payment/bonus to the agent that brings a buyer? (About 1000K or 1500K) Can this be placed in the private section of the MLS info sheet? Will agents respond to this direct payment to them by getting something additional that they don't have to split with the office? If anyone is aware of this procedure or has tried this to get additional agent traffic I would appreciate some input.
