My home is listed at 432K FSBO and on the MLS. I think I am going to drop the price. While each realtor has said that the house is priced right I want to sell quickly. If I drop the price should I advertise a price drop or quietly repost the house with the lower price? What are the benefits and negatives of highlighting that the price has been reduced? www.owners.com/WTM6347
