I've gotten a few calls from Buyer Agents that want to preview my home. I'm entertaining the calls because no one else is calling. hahaha...Anyways, I'm afraid this maybe a marketing ploy to try and get me to list with them or are really interested in trying to sell my home as well?

Hello-

The FSBO process will become daunting as you receive less and less responses from buyers. Some agents may prey on your vulnerability and make you think that they are trying to help when in fact they are just helping themselves. Previewing your home may be a lure and I suggest keeping away from agents if you are not willing to work with one. If working with an agent is a possibility, then previewing your home may not be a bad idea. It all depends on your willingness to work with an agent and offer a commission.
