I have to put my house up for sale and will require a means of proving my identity to a solicitor and to my chosen estate agent.
My problem is that due to disability I've never had a driving licence and I've never held a passport.
I've lived in the same house for 18 years and have utility bills, birth certificate, credit card/bank accounts etc but apparently that is not enough for the solicitor to establish my ID. Can anybody who has been in the same situation or anybody with any ideas please help as I don't know where else to turn to.
Thank you.
James
