I've noticed some dated topics and replys on this website so I wanted to try a new thread. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions in trying to solicit prospective buyers to preview and look at their home?
I'm posted my house on this site, www.militarybyowner.com, my local newspaper, and on craigslist.

| We've done all the same, but we've also made a connection with a mortgage broker. If they have someone they are pre-approving for a mortgage loan & they know they are looking in our area, they will give them our information. Likewise, if we get calls from someone who is not pre-approved yet, we told the mortgage broker we will send them their way. This has resulted in a few calls, but no offers yet. But we figure it's just one more way to have your info out there. Maybe you can visit some local lending institutions in your area, or just mail out a nice letter with your fliers & request some of their business cards in return. Good luck!
