The market in our area is saturated so a reduced price might help, but it's not guaranteed. If we don't sell FSBO soon we are going to use an agent & my husband doesn't want to go too low only to have to raise the price back up a bit to cover some of the agent's commission. Has anyone ever gone from FSBO to using an agent?

Also, we have had a few calls from people wanting to rent the house. But we need the equity & don't really want to play landlord. Is there any good way to market the house as a good investment property & let people know we have some renters ready to move in?
