My house has been on the market for 3 weeks and I have shown it more than 20 times. Many potential buyers have stated they really like the house and 4 have stated they will make an offer. Days and weeks have passed and no offers have been made. My disclosure states a foundation repair in 1997 that was $2400 (minor) and I disclosed the paid invoice as proof. No further settling has occurred and the house is in great shape. I am concerned this repair is scaring people away and am seeking advise on how to best handle this situation.

Thanks in advance.
