Hi everyone, I have a property left vacant near my house and I do not want to sell that. I have been wanting to keep a tenant (there have been offers lately) but my decision has taken a back seat when I heard about a relative of mine being duped by his tenants and getting wrong on the law side. I know that there are precautions you can take to avoid bad tenants……just drop me a few suggestions or tips to help me keep a good tenant.

Any suggestions would be appreciated (not the unusual ones).

One of the most important things in keeping a tenant is to make sure that they have a good record on the law side and does not hold bad credit. There can be enquiries made from the employer or from the previous land lord of the tenant. Recently, I came across a good source on that had some useful information for owners like you and had heard a hilarious audio on a prospective tenant which was a real funny one. So, enjoy the audio and hope that you find the necessary stuff on tenants.
