Im new to these so bare with me............
I have had my home FSBO since mid july. I live in Springfield, MO.
Is there anyone out there that has had a house sell recently/
I am seriously considering a Realtor, but so far have not come across one that
I feel is trustworthy, honest or would do much except "sit" on my listing and wait for
a buyer to fall into their lap.
I have had much more activity than any of my neighbors who have "listing agents" but I am
getting anxious to sell and move on.
Any postive ( or negative ) news out there?
