I used a real estate transaction coordination comapny called www.tc4fsbo.com

they handled everything from start to closing! Loved them...

I contacted them and found they charge $595 flat fee to handle the coordination. However it is still up to you to provide an Escrow agent that they work with. This price is actually higher than three other estimates I received from local title agencies and seems like less hassle.

I also like having someone local to go to.
