The best part is it only cost us less than $20 to have our ad on your site. Usually it costs us a few hundred dollars to advertise ourselves. This is the second time we listed on Owners.com and the 1st sale thru the site. One out of two ain't bad, huh!! We will continue to use your site for future houses. Thanks.

I am a veteran FSBO and the secret to selling my homes has been to PRICE them SENSIBLY and to show them CLEAN and UN-CLUTTERED!!!

It took a little over two months to sell my home. All the calls and inquiries resulted from classified ads.
Reduced the price several times before we received an offer. In todays market you just have to pay most
attention to PRICE.
We kept our home in 'showroom' shape - clean and sparkling and clear of a lot of personal clutter. Even putting a lot of stuff in storage before starting to advertise.
Did not do any repairs or painting as the house was kept up in good shape.
Did not hold an open house.
We are both 'old timers' in real estate sales - we used to be in real estate, also did custom building and sales.
