Praise God, We close on our house this coming Wed. It's been a long time coming and am so glad it's almost over. The buyers are 1st timers and are using a FHA loan. I was nervous about the appraisal thru FHA. He found 2 things that I expected and 1 that didn't need repair. My husband did the repair anyway so we can say in good conscious that we did it. I will post iun the forum 20/20 hindsight w/ tips. I'm so thrilled!!!
