In 3 weeks we had a contract! Once they saw it they were sold!
Others tried to talk me into paying closing costs & that wasn't an option for me during this transaction.

3-1/2 weeks

This was a different deal than most as the buyer was paying cash, the home was free and clear and the closing was immediate. Very easy deal.

We hope to have another home to sell in approx. 6 months and will use Owners.com again

are you considering a signed contract a sale? We had a signed contract on day 1, with a contingency agreement, but the contract expired and the prospective buyers did not get a sale on their house. We now have another couple wanting to give a contract with a contingency. How do you get contracts without contingencies????
